Sales Account Manager
MISSION: The Sales Account Manager will support NuLine Industrial Solutions’ growing client base. The position will channel feedback from the client base for the company to better serve its customers. Sales/Industrial Account Managers are responsible for proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for permanent industrial waste services while developing new market opportunities.
Reports to: Director of Sales & Operations
Principal Responsibilities:
· Effectively develops new and retains existing customers by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
· Utilize the company’s Contact Relationship Management (“CRM”) tool daily, schedule and document all activities, and develop robust information profiles on prospective customers to facilitate the acquisition of new customers.
· Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assigned existing customers.
· Markets & builds relationships and increases company visibility through participation in company-sponsored activities, trade shows, chamber of commerce events and other similar activities.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients; follow up with key customer decision-makers and to close all sales.
· Complete consistently scheduled phone blocks and prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with customer decision-makers.
· Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs.
· Regularly meets with Sales Team Account Manager to review weekly customer growth, retention, relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or 5 years of related field equivalent experience will be considered.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer engagement role identifying and addressing customer needs, resolving issues, successful quoting, and presentation development
· Past successful experience managing revenue accounts valued at $1MM+
· Must be highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to effectively interact with different departments and Management levels inside and outside the company
· Strong computer skills that can be demonstrated, which includes use of Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
· 2+ years of experience in the hazardous waste industry preferred
· Working knowledge of RCRA, TSCA, & DOT a plus
A valid driver’s license is required.
